First of all, I need to chime in on my favorite moment from '67. It's the crescendo of cacophony that starts at around 11:34 in Viola Lee Blues and lasts for about a minute before they get back to the main groove.

For 1968, I'm going to go with the Eleven> DDHNM from 10/12/68, though it's hard to pick just one segment to celebrate from that year.
